From my first steps to the literary adventure
Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia ... Since I was very young, I have used to transcribe my stays through stories that are supposed to take the reader on board in total immersion. I would like to point out, however, that my travels are not exceptional: it's the people I meet and the wonders I like to describe that are. Some challenges that I give myself are difficult, of course, but accessible. I'm just a Backpacker: Good nowhere, average everywhere.
The project itself
More than a desire to share my experiences, I want people to discover this fantastic world of Backpackers, these young people of all nationalities who find themselves on the other side of the planet and have magical moments. A solid base which gradually plagues the tourism industry and for which traveling allows you to take the pulse of a country. A wonderful school of life for those who want to approach it like no screen can. An art combining rusticity, mutual aid and joie de vivre!
Towards a new generation of Backpackers
The objective is to allow as many people as possible to experience an adventure, human and sensory, where the notion of sharing would take on its full meaning. A spirit of solidarity aimed at creating a new generation of Backpackers. A generation that I believe in and that never ceases to convince me that it has the power to be a game-changer. Our impacts are phenomenal: economic, social, cultural, environmental… Our actions have repercussions at all levels and in all fields, however intimate they may be. It’s a tremendous power when you think about it, to have this ability to interact with a culture and change it deep down in its roots. Yes, but once again, if we don't come to clear everything, to uproot everything. We must act with common sense and take into account that many countries are now fragile, ill-suited to this new form of colonialism that they cannot master and exasperated by these foreigners who arrive every year. Warning: exemplary does not mean perfect but to set an example, do your best. It's not about suddenly becoming a "green-responsible super traveler". No. This is an ideal, a "qualitative leap" in the travel industry. But for that, you have to do violence to yourself, travel differently and think outside the box. In a world where we must, more than ever, advocate sobriety, what better than the Backpacker to experience this welcome evolution? What could be better than this free and dynamic electron who carries around carrying the hope of the world in his backpack? Have a nice trip,
